The Croan Arms
Meet two very lovely ladies and their very own pub at the end of the garden
How Did A Shepherd Hut Get There?
Built above a cottage, on a steep garden with only the smallest of access, this shepherd hut was moved into place piece by piece, plank by plank.
Thanks to our unique way of working we are able to build in our workshop and move complete units onto site or create framework and specialist pieces but do a majority of the work on site.
Art Studio Shepherd Hut
The perfect artistic retreat warm, cosy and practical with magnificent views.
Heather and Chris really enjoyed the whole process from meeting Jake, to visiting the workshop to having the whole team on site during install. Now well established as a studio, Heather is happy to sit for hours in the warmth, no matter what the season and create beautiful paintings, experimenting with different mediums and enjoying the views.
Kelly takes a look around the Fenton Shepherd Hut
Kelly manages our website and social media and is always happy to spend some time with one of our creations. This month she was out taking pictures of a new product to be launched soon and couldn’t resist spending some time in the Fenton Shepherd Hut while she was there.
Tracey Foots New Work Hut
Meet Tracey and her Timeless Spaces Work Hut
Fully insulated and built to last, the hut has enabled Tracey to build her business, where possible during the last year, in a space completely separate from the house.
Her new work space is warm, comfortable and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Set within the family garden, slightly hidden from view, this private space is proving a hit with clients.
Hear what Tracey has to say about her new Timeless Space here.
Beautiful hand drawn illustrations of our Shepherd Huts and other designs
Another part of our hand made approach is these stunning drawings, bringing our designs to life.
From a standard Shepherd hut, hand built and made to order to a bespoke design, every detail is crafted by hand in our workshop in North Cornwall. These beautiful drawings can make a lovely keep sake of a process that we hope you will enjoy as much as we do.
Gin Bar At The Bottom Of The Garden
Enjoying lockdown more than most with a Gin Bar at the end of the garden.
The hut, which was built on site due to the location (at the top of a hill), has weathered beautifully to a silvery grey and houses not only a fully quipped bar but also a loo to save people having to traipse backwards and forwards to the house.
