Thoughtfully designed and built from scratch by our small team, each Hut, Pod or Garden room is a celebration of wood. Built to withstand the elements all year round and last a lifetime. Each Timeless Space is made in a variety of sizes, with your choice of internal fittings and optional extras such as woodburners, bathrooms and kitchenettes.

As standard, our Shepherd Huts include:
A treated timber frame with galvanised tin roofing
A solid oak chassis and cast iron wheels from our local foundry
Full insulation for year-round comfort
Handmade hardwood windows and doors, with double glazing

We are a creative bunch here at Timeless Spaces, and we love taking your ideas for a custom build and bringing them to expertly handcrafted reality. If you’ve got an idea, we can turn it into something unique and personal.
Although some of our huts include a bed, bathroom and kitchenette as standard - because we make everything in-house and made to order we can also offer limitless customisation - anything is possible.

What does ‘Turnkey’ mean?
Simply TURN the key and go!
All of our ‘Turnkey’ huts are ready to be moved into. Meaning that the woodburner is installed, the bed is set up, and the bathroom is ready to be connected to waste and supply.
Ready to be used by guests, as an Airbnb, Glamping space, workroom… the possibilities are endless.
Our Shepherd Huts are currently delivered by our dedicated team across the South West however, if you live further away we would still love to hear from you as we are able to deliver throughout the UK mainland.
We have a price available for each Hut from unfurnished to a fully equipped turnkey finish and we are always enthusiastic about making bespoke features just for you.
Our Shepherd Huts are built with love by craftspeople who love what they do. Built in our workshop here in North Cornwall, each piece of wood is carefully considered and lovingly put together to create Timeless Spaces which can be enjoyed for generations.
