Once you have confirmed your specifications and we have designed your hut or pod, we will then book you a build slot and it will take 6-8 weeks from that point.

You may require planning permission for a Shepherd Hut, however this depends on intended usage.

Luckily we have an on-team planning advisor, who will be able to help in the early stages. It is always recommended that you consider whether the use will be personal, for business or in an agricultural setting, and check with your local planning department.

The smallest would be 12ft or 3.6m 

The largest would be 20ft or 6m

Yes! If you want it we can usually make it. We love working with your vision to personalise your space, to ensure it is just how you want it, so call us and let us hear your ideas! 

Yes! The huts and pods are fully insulated and designed to be used all year round. You also have the option of a HETAS approved wood burner installation to make it extra toasty.

Yes you can, although they are designed to stay in one position - you may move them if you need to change their location or mow the grass beneath them, for example.

It is advised that to maintain your hut or pod and to keep the oak or larch at its best the spaces should be re-coated every four years. Each hut or pod will come with a simple maintenance schedule to keep it in tip-top weather-proof condition. 

Our spaces are not designed to be towed, although if this is something you may want to do please discuss with us at the beginning of the project.

Unless buying one of our current range, your hut will be unique and we will always quote based on your specifications. However, you can expect our most pared back constructions to start from £24,950 before delivery and installation, which varies depending on the desired location. Our fully kitted-out and largest self-contained luxury huts start at around £47,930. Other designs will fall somewhere between the two.
